E-APP

To simplify the process of applying for full-time locally-accredited sub-degree and undergraduate programs, Education Bureau developed the Electronic Advance Application System for Post-secondary Programmes (E-APP), a one-stop online application system for HKDSE students.

Applicants are able to apply for the sub-degree programmes under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors and most of the eligible programmes under the Non-means-tested Subsidy Scheme for Self-financing Undergraduate Studies in Hong Kong via E-APP.

In order to educate new potential users (mainly HKDSE candidates in the 2021 academic year) and boost E-APP usage, we designed the below animation with an energetic voice-over and movement to cater youngsters.
