Background:

The official fanpage of VTC Alumni is the bridge between VTC and alumni to nurture lifelong, mutually beneficial relationships with alumni.

 

Objective:

  • Increase the awareness on VTC Alumni
  • Drive Facebook engagement (Alumni, VTC students)
  • Persuade audience to join the VTC 35th Anniversary Alumni Reunion

 

Strategy:

  • Divide into 3 different stages: Remember, Renew and Reconnect
    • 1st Stage – Draw the attention of VTC alumni
    • 2nd Stage – Stimulate recall of their good old memories
    • 3rd Stage – Persuade them to join 35th anniversary reunion activities
  • Attract the new target audience to join the event and like the Facebook page via different online advertising channel
  • Create attractive and creative ad content, such as video, to induce audience’s interest
