  • Participants who have successfully registered and been allocated seats will receive an email confirmation notice 7 days before the event. There is a chance that the confirmation email may end up in the bulk or spam folder, or be blocked by email filtering tools. If you have not received the confirmation email 3 days before the event, please inquire via email at enquiry@newimedia.com.

  • In the event of any emergency or adverse conditions where we deem it necessary to protect the safety and property of individuals, our company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event without any form of compensation.

  • If there are standby positions available, our company will make every effort to notify participants who have not been allocated seats via email or text message three day before the event. Please pay close attention to the relevant communication channels.

  • Our company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. In case of any dispute, our company retains the final decision-making authority on the dispute and any issues related to these terms and conditions.
